Collaborative working with SENDIASS

Recently a group of students from Post-16 have worked with West Berkshire SENDIASS (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Information Advice and Support Service) to give feedback on a key information leaflet. SENDIASS said:

"7 students from The Castle Special School responded to a call for help from the Hampshire Support4send team to give feedback on their tri-fold leaflet created for young people with SEND. Students worked in two team to make comments about the leaflet and suggestions to enhance it. The opportunity to comment was part of a project to encourage young people with SEND to feel confident about the importance of expressing their views and opinion"
