Pupils from across the school came together for our first ever Pupil Conference on 2nd March 2016. The purpose of this conference was to give our pupils a true voice within the school community. The topic up for discussion was ‘How we can improve safety and behaviour across the school’.
All pupils discussed this topic in their classes
before attending the conference. Each class then nominated pupils to attend. Each pupil was well prepared and spoke about
their concerns and ideas on how to change these concerns in to solutions. Some

rules for everyone to follow and more hard surface areas to play at lunch time in the
colder, wetter months.
Everything raised will be discussed and a plan of action
will be explained to the whole school. Our pupils excelled in this conference and
